How does VAT work at checkout?

All prices are ex. VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your location — Irish VAT for Irish practices; UK and EU business customers are handled under reverse-charge rules via Stripe Tax.

Can I pay in GBP?

Yes. Switch between EUR and GBP on the pricing page. Prices mirror the same numerals — we do not apply live foreign exchange rates.

What does onboarding include?

Core, Plus, and Pro include onboarding at €999/£999, billed as three monthly instalments (non-refundable). Starter is self-serve with no onboarding fee. We map workflows to how your practice actually runs.

What counts as a clinician?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who delivers clinical care in the system — audiologists and hearing aid dispensers running appointments. Reception and admin users are free on every tier, and extra clinicians are €75/£75 per month on any tier.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing month with no exit fee. Annual plans run to the end of the paid term. The onboarding fee is the only non-refundable charge, and it is stated before you pay.

Question 7

Who owns the data?

Accepted Answer

Your practice does — always. You are the data controller; Clinear is the processor. If you leave, you receive full structured exports at no charge, and your data is deleted on the schedule set out in the DPA.
