Terms of service

These terms are a high-level draft pending review by a solicitor.

Agreement

By starting a trial or subscription with Clinear Limited, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Free trial

New customers on the Starter plan receive a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. Core, Plus, and Pro are quoted to your practice — speak to us before subscribing. After the trial, your chosen plan billing applies unless you cancel.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are quoted in EUR or GBP, ex. VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your location. Irish VAT applies to Irish practices; UK and EU business customers may be handled under reverse-charge rules.

Onboarding

Core, Plus, and Pro plans include onboarding at €999/£999 (three sessions, non-refundable). Starter is self-serve with no onboarding fee.

Cancellation

EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel under distance-selling regulations. Contact hello@clinear.net to cancel. Subscription terms continue as agreed at checkout.

Data

Patient data is processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement. See our privacy policy for details.

Liability

Clinear is provided as a professional practice management tool. We do not provide clinical advice. You remain responsible for clinical decisions and regulatory compliance in your practice.
