Accessibility statement

Clinear Limited is committed to making this website, and the Clinear application, accessible to as many people as possible — including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement covers clinear.net, our marketing website.

Our standard

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which applies to services like ours from June 2025.

What we do in practice

• Semantic HTML with one H1 per page and a logical heading order
• A visible “skip to content” link and full keyboard navigation with visible focus states
• Body text contrast of at least 4.5:1; decorative colours are never used to carry meaning alone
• Alt text on meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers
• Forms with visible labels, errors announced near the field, and no placeholder-only labels
• Animations honour prefers-reduced-motion — reveals, marquees, and parallax are disabled when reduced motion is requested
• Touch targets of at least 44×44 pixels on interactive elements

Known limitations

Some stock imagery is supplied by third parties and may carry generic descriptions. We review and improve alt text as content changes. If you find a page element that does not work with your assistive technology, we want to know.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your national enforcement body. In Ireland this work is overseen under the European Accessibility Act’s national implementing rules.
