Clinear Limited (Clinear) operates clinear.net (this marketing website) and clinear.app (the clinical application). We are based in Dublin, Ireland.

On clinear.net we may collect:

• Information you submit in contact or signup forms (name, email, clinic name, etc.)
• Essential cookies required for the site to function
• Analytics data, only if you consent via our cookie banner

We use this data to respond to enquiries, process trial signups, and improve the website. We do not sell your data.

The Clinear application

The Clinear application processes patient data on behalf of your clinic. In that context, your clinic is the data controller and Clinear acts as a data processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Clinear never uses patient data for commercial purposes and never contacts a clinic's patients. Clinical data is hosted in the EU (Dublin).

Your rights

Retention
